A little bit of background on how we got here

In 2004, Val and Miles packed everything they owned into the back of a small pickup and headed west to Colorado with more ambition than plan. They didn’t know it yet, but the move would mark the beginning of a partnership that would evolve into something much larger than either of them imagined.

Val began studying interactive media and web design, while Miles, true to form, was already finding ways to connect technology, ideas, and opportunities. Not long after, they built their first website together, sparking the realization that they’d found not just a skill set, but a shared purpose.

In 2007, OTM was officially founded in Fort Collins. What began as a small web studio quickly grew into a full-service marketing and growth consultancy helping service-based businesses scale with strategy, systems, and creativity.

Today, OTM partners with organizations across industries, consulting, financial services, construction, insurance, healthcare, and more to build clarity, connection, and measurable growth. The tools have evolved, but the spirit remains the same: roll up your sleeves, stay curious, and create meaningful work that moves businesses forward.
