With a background in industrial design and product development, Jordan brings a systems-first approach to service delivery, turning strategic ideas into clear processes, practical tools, and repeatable ways of working.

Jordan studied Industrial Design at Virginia Tech, dreaming of becoming an inventor like her grandfather. She began her career in product development for an international consumer goods supplier, working across the full lifecycle from concept to manufacturing to retail. That experience shaped how she looks at the full path from idea to execution: where value is created, where effort gets wasted, and which decisions make the work easier or harder later on.

At OTM, Jordan brings that production-system lens to how services are designed, sold, and delivered. Her work sits in the space between strategy and execution, translating where the company is headed into the systems, workflows, decisions, and operational details that help day-to-day work move toward the vision. She focuses on making the moving pieces of growth easier to understand, easier to manage, and scalable enough to support where the business is headed.

When she is not building systems, Jordan is usually reading a good fantasy novel, camping anywhere with a spot for her hammock, or hanging out with her pup, Alfred.
