Rancho Sahuarita is an award-winning master-planned community in Southern Arizona and a longtime client of OTM. Known for its vast amenities, Rancho Sahuarita celebrated 20 years as a community in 2021 and came to OTM to help spread the word. The goal of our campaign was twofold: celebrate the rich history of the community while thanking those who have been part of the community over the years, and highlight the exciting opportunity that the future holds with a new home sales push highlighting its two new communities, Entrada Del Rio and Entrada La Coraza.

We began our work on the anniversary campaign the way we begin all of our campaigns: with a strategy creation project. Through this project, we identified our driving idea, 20 Years of Community, and developed an interactive storytelling strategy to bridge online and offline efforts. Our campaign included public relations, community outreach, organic and paid social media efforts, and more. Taking our efforts a step further, we loaded up our team and took a trip to Sahuarita, Arizona so that we could capture the story of their 20 years on video.
Along with capturing beautiful photos and video on-site at Rancho Sahuarita that we plan to use in future inbound marketing campaigns, our anniversary campaign also drove record numbers of website visitors. Year over year, Rancho Sahuarita’s website traffic was up 56.85%, and the community anniversary page saw more than 1,000 pageviews with an average time on page of more than a minute and a half.
