Letter of Understanding
This Letter of Understanding (LOU) outlines the partnership agreement between Partner Company Name and Old Town Media, Inc. (Doing Business as OTM), effective on date of both countersignatures.
Scope of Partnership
* This partnership aims to facilitate mutually beneficial opportunities through referrals and collaborations between Old Town Media, Inc. (Doing Business as OTM) and Partner Company Name.
* Both parties agree to actively identify and refer potential leads or business opportunities that align with the other's core services.
* Both parties express a willingness to collaborate on projects where combined expertise would provide enhanced value to clients, as agreed upon on a case-by-case basis. Term and Termination
* This LOU will be in effect for one (1) year from the effective date, with automatic annual renewal unless otherwise terminated.
* Either party may terminate this LOU at any time by providing written notice via email to
[email protected] for Old Town Media, Inc. (Doing Business as OTM), or to the Partner's Email (Noted Above) for Partner Company Name.
Other Considerations
* This LOU does not create a formal joint venture or legal business entity.
* Each party is responsible for its own business operations, liabilities, and client relationships.
* This LOU does not create exclusivity. Both parties are free to partner with other entities.
* Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the partnership.
