The TASTE is one of the most popular events in Fort Collins, bringing together the most inventive and talented chefs in town. This year, they reinvented this fundraiser for the Food Bank for Larimer County. Instead of individual chefs, the TASTE featured five teams that collaborated to create themed tasting menus featuring one or more common item regularly available to the Food Bank’s clients. It was amazing to see how the chefs transformed an ordinary product into something extraordinary and unique. Of course, this wouldn’t be a Fort Collins event with local craft beers and flavorful wines so each menu item was perfectly paired with a beverage tasting. Team Grapes & Grains won the Copper Spoon Award and Jay’s Bistro won the Toast of The TASTE. Congratulations!
