Digital Marketing Coordinator

OTM, an award-winning creative agency based in Fort Collins, Colorado, is hiring a Digital Marketing Coordinator to work with our team part-time with the opportunity to grow to a full-time position. 

The ideal candidate will help drive our client’s online presence by supporting the implementation of effective digital marketing strategies and ensuring successful campaign execution.

This is a hybrid position that will require the flexibility to work out of our Downtown Fort Collins (Fort Collins, CO) office and remotely. 

Required Outcome of the Role:

The outcome of this role is to support OTM’s marketing strategists and account managers with implementation of digital marketing campaigns in order to drive client growth.

Responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to): 

      • Assisting in the management of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., social media, email, digital advertising).
      • Create engaging and relevant content for social media, blogs, and email newsletters.
      • Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) and manage paid search campaigns (SEM).
      • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, providing regular reports.
      • Coordinate with designers, writers, and other team members to produce high-quality marketing materials.
      • Manage social media accounts, including content scheduling, community engagement, and trend analysis.
      • Execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional emails.
      • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
      • Assist with the development of digital marketing strategies for various clients.

Role Requirements:

      • The #1 requirement of this role is excellent written and verbal communication skills as a majority of this role will require writing, editing, and content creation.
      • This is an entry-level role, with 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing preferred.
      • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager) not required, but preferred.
      • Understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing required.
      • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
      • Attention to detail.
      • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
      • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Pay Range

The hourly range for this part-time position is $20-$25 depending on experience and qualifications.

OTM uses Payscale to determine hourly rates for all positions.
