We’ve got an amazing team of creatives, and we’re searching for a Creative Director to join us. This role will be responsible for the design department and will be in charge of developing creative strategy within the company. We’re seeking someone who is enthusiastic about all things artistic and has a desire to lead others. The Creative Director will work closely with the Chief Creative Officer to establish an advertising campaign’s design strategy. They will also conduct research to determine the best strategies for reaching the client’s business objectives.
Some may confuse this role with an Art Director role. An Art Director typically focuses solely on aesthetic elements and oversees a team of artists to create artwork and photography to contribute to the creative team’s efforts. In contrast, the Creative Director focuses on aesthetic elements, but they also have the responsibility to develop strategies for visual marketing campaigns, oversee budgets and ensure that aesthetic images adhere to the company’s brand.
This is a full-time salaried position based out of our Downtown Fort Collins office with flexibility to work remotely part of the time. The position requires the ability to attend client meetings.

The salary range for this position is $59,119–$119,387 base annual dependent on experience and qualifications. OTM uses Payscale to determine salaries for all positions.
