Digital Ad Manager

As a Conversion and Digital Ad Specialist at OTM, you will play a critical role in driving marketing-qualified leads for our clients while working with the rest of our specialist team to ensure content and full-funnel marketing strategies are converting appropriately.

This is a full-time salaried position based out of our Downtown Fort Collins office with the flexibility to work remotely part of the time. The position requires the ability to attend client meetings.

Job Responsibilities Include:

Increase conversion rates and drive marketing-qualified leads for clients

  • Manage key conversion points in the marketing funnel
  • Manage and optimize landing pages, website calls-to-action (CTAs), and lead-generating forms
  • A/B test and continually measure the performance of CTAs
  • Optimize the lead-to-customer conversion rate for all inbound efforts
  • Increase funnel marketing efficiencies
  • Build, manage, and optimize workflows in HubSpot and MailChimp
  • Increase conversion rates and drive marketing-qualified leads for clients
  • Conversion rates meet or exceed industry standards

Achieve measurable results for full-funnel digital advertising campaigns

  • Create and manage effective digital paid media strategies with clear calls to action that align with client goals or strategy
  • Optimize digital ad campaigns based on previous months’ reporting/data
  • A/B test and continually measure the performance of digital advertisements
  • Impression share, ad recall rates meet or exceed industry standards

Communicates Effectiveness (Results and Impact) of digital advertising strategies

  • Analyze data to determine what’s working, what’s not working, and why
  • Work with the marketing team on strategy-based needs and opportunities
  • Monthly client strategy is developed based on findings in the monthly reports
    Issues or failing campaigns are redirected

Interested in and abreast of marketing industry trends, changes, and opportunities

  • Evaluate updates to our current marketing tools as well as new platforms as they become available
  • Anticipate the future direction of the marketing & advertising industry using both research and insight
  • Develop strategic and tactical offerings from ideation to proposal and guides Account Services in pitching the offering to clients (new and existing)
  • Communicate strategic and tactical opportunities to the team and provides guidance and training for implementation as needed

Required Skills & Experience

Must-Have Skills

  • Experience with web analytics, A/B testing, and inbound marketing tactics
  • Experience reporting on marketing efforts using data to create actionable insights
  • Proficient in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook (Meta) Ads Manager
  • Critical-thinker and problem-solver
  • Understanding of full-funnel marketing approach
  • Good-to-Have Skills

Understanding of HubSpot Methodology

  • Knowledge of HubSpot as a platform, including the creation of automated workflows and user journeys
  • Experience with marketing automation tools


Must have at least 3 years of professional experience specifically running digital ads for clients. We will not move applicants further who do not have at least 3 years of experience running digital ads.

  • Knowledge in key areas of marketing (social media, SEO, email marketing, PPC)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong copywriting as well as creative writing skills
  • Attention to detail and strong time management skills
  • Tech-savvy with a desire to learn about new technology and digital trends
  • Ability to work as a team on large projects while exercising collaboration
  • Ability to work on projects as a single-person team in order to fulfill client objectives
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work hard
  • Self-motivated and able to self-teach

Salary Range

The salary range for this position is $50,000 – $65,000 base annual dependent on experience and qualifications. OTM uses Payscale to determine salaries for all positions.

Working Interview

All applicants who pass the first interview will be asked to come into OTM for a full-day (8 hours paid) working interview.
