As an administrative assistant at OTM, you will play a critical role in the day-to-day operations of the office. You will work closely with OTM’s CEO and other members of the team to keep things running smoothly.
This is a part-time hourly position based out of our Downtown Fort Collins office. This position does not allow for a hybrid-working environment.
A typical day in the life of an Administrative Assistant
- Greeting visitors and callers
- Routing and resolving information requests
- Keeping the office running smoothly
- Assisting the OTM team with administrative help
Accountabilities & Outcomes
- Effectively manages the day-to-day operations of the office
- Effectively managing the sales and employee pipeline correspondence
- Effectively assists the OTM team with administrative tasks
- Is an active participant in the OTM organizational communication and culture
The hourly range for this position is $16.75-$22.06/hour dependent on experience and qualifications. (3 years minimum is required) OTM uses Payscale to determine salaries for all positions.
