1. Prove the Strategy

Before anything is built, the positioning has to work. This is where the firm’s ideal client profile is defined, messaging framework is developed, and go-to-market direction is set. Then it is put to the test. The positioning is tested with real campaigns, paid ads, and direct outreach.

2. Prove the Tactics

The message works. Now the systems need to be built to deliver it consistently. The sales process is defined, marketing is aligned to sales priorities, and systems for pipeline visibility are established. Channels are tested and validated with enough consistency to learn what drives outcomes.

3. Prove the Model
