Originally from Northern California, Starla built her career at the intersection of marketing, operations, and client relationships. After years managing campaigns across social, email, ads, and analytics, she discovered her true strength was connecting with clients and teams, helping turn strategy into results.

That passion for people and process naturally led her to Client Success. Today, as a CSM at OTM, Starla combines her marketing expertise with her love of building relationships, ensuring clients feel supported and teams stay aligned. She’s known for bringing clarity, collaboration, and follow-through to every partnership.

Now based in Fort Collins, Colorado, Starla enjoys skiing, paddleboarding, playing piano, and spending time with her family!
